• Definitions

    • “User” refers to any individual or entity using our platform and its services.
    • “Forex Account” refers to the user’s personal forex trading account, which they connect to our platform.
    • “Bots” refers to automated trading algorithms employed by our platform to execute trades on the user’s forex account.
    • “Plan” refers to a subscription plan offered by the Bot Trading Platform that users can choose to subscribe to.

• Risk Warning

• • • Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The use of bots in trading introduces additional risks. Users should carefully consider their financial situation and risk tolerance before using our services.
    • Past performance of our bots or any trading strategy does not guarantee future results.

• Authorization And Account Connection

• • • By connecting your forex account to Bottraders.ai platform, you authorize our bots to access and trade on your behalf. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all trades executed in your forex account.
    • You must ensure that the credentials used to connect your forex account are accurate, secure, and up-to-date. Any unauthorized access due to negligence on your part shall be your responsibility.
    • You must ensure at all times that your Forex account contains the minimum amount of funds related to your Subscription plan or else our bots will not trade on your behalf.
    • You are not allowed to liquid your account during the month. You can withdraw the amount only at the end of the month.

• Subscription Plans And Payments

• • • Users may choose from various subscription plans offered by the Bottraders.ai. 
    • Users must pay the specified subscription fee to access the chosen plan. Payment details and methods will be provided during the subscription process.
    • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except if the Bots did not trade for a specific month on your account, then the previous month would be free of charge.

• Trading Performance

• • BotTraders.AI does not guarantee any specific trading results or profitability on monthly basis. We guarantee profitability on Yearly basis.
  • Users may experience gains or losses as a result of using our services, and we shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred during the trading process.
  • Account Holders are not Allowed to open any trading position to the account connected to our platform due to the risks in trading causing the Bots to suspend trades on that specific account.

• Accuracy of Information

• • • While Bottraders.ai strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on our website or through our bots.

• User Conduct

• • • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform.
    • Users must not engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities, manipulate prices, or abuse our platform in any way.

• Intellectual Property

• • • BotTraders.AI retains all intellectual property rights to its website, software, bots, and any content provided.
    • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for personal or internal business purposes.

• Termination

    • In case of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, the user’s account may be terminated, and appropriate legal actions may be taken.
